The section of U.S. Highway 62 beginning at the intersection of U.S. Highway 270 in the town of Harrah in Oklahoma County extending easterly to the intersection of State Highway 102 North in Lincoln County shall be designated as the 'Zachary Charles Keever Memorial Highway'.
