The section of U.S. Highway 281 beginning at the intersection of N2400 Road extending approximately five (5) miles east then north to the intersection of E270 Road south of Alva in Woods County shall be designated as the 'Judge Dean Linder Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway. Added by Laws 2022, c. 356, § 2, eff. Nov. 1, 2022.
