The section of Interstate 35 from State Highway 64 (Fir Street) south to State Highway 51 shall be designated the 'SPC Ross Hunter Duncan Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed on the highway bearing that name. Added by Laws 2008, c. 157, § 6, emerg. eff. May 12, 2008.
