The section of U.S. Highway 70 near the southeast edge of Durant beginning at McLean Road and extending northeasterly two and one-half (2.5) miles in Bryan County shall be designated as the 'Hunter Ford, Fernando Flores, Jack Sarver, and Kaleb Foster Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway. Added by Laws 2022, c. 356, § 23, eff. Nov. 1, 2022.
