The bridge over the Union Pacific Railroad on U.S. Highway 62 on the northeast edge of Muskogee in Muskogee County shall be designated as the 'SGT Ryan Hogan Memorial Bridge'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable markers bearing that name to be placed on the bridge. Added by Laws 2022, c. 356, § 33, eff. Nov. 1, 2022.
