The new bridge on State Highway 74 south of Oklahoma County Line crossing the Bloody Rush Creek shall be designated the 'Richard L. Huddleston Memorial Bridge'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed upon that bridge bearing that name. Added by Laws 2008, c. 310, § 2, emerg. eff. June 2, 2008.
