The section of U.S. Highway 60 just east of the Will Rogers Turnpike entrance in Vinita extending easterly to the intersection of State Highway 82 South in Craig County shall be designated as the 'Bataan Death March Survivor Elmer 'Red' Vanover Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway. Added by Laws 2023, c. 237, § 5, eff. Nov. 1, 2023.
