The section of Interstate 35 beginning on the south side of the State Highway 32 interchange extending north approximately seven (7) miles to the north side of the Oswalt Road interchange in Love County shall be designated as the 'First MCPON Delbert D. Black, U.S. Navy, Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable markers bearing that name to be placed on the highway. Added by Laws 2023, c. 273, § 2, eff.
