The bridge over the Caney River on State Highway 123 in Bartlesville in Washington County shall be designated as the 'Nelson F. Carr Memorial Bridge'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers bearing that name to be placed on the bridge. Added by Laws 2024, c. 87, § 8, eff. Nov. 1, 2024.
