The portion of State Highway 63 from Kiowa, Oklahoma, extending east approximately three (3) miles to Pittsburg, Oklahoma, shall be designated as the 'Carsyn Kay Hackler Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed on the highway bearing that name. Added by Laws 2009, c. 150, § 2, emerg. eff.
