That portion of State Highway 7 from the Atoka city limits extending west to the Johnston County line shall be designated as the 'Master Sergeant Houston K. Blackburn Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed on the highway bearing that name. Added by Laws 2010, c. 232, § 1, emerg. eff.
