The portion of State Highway 88 between Inola and Claremore shall be designated the 'James W. Summerlin Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed upon the highway bearing that name. Added by Laws 2010, c. 232, § 9, emerg. eff.
