The portion of State Highway 66 from the I-40 loop at exit 25 to 4th Street in Sayre shall be designated as the 'Walter Merrick Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed upon the highway bearing that name. Added by Laws 2010, c. 232, § 10, emerg. eff.
