That portion of State Highway 177 from White Eagle Road extending south to Eagles Nest Road shall be designated as 'Tribal Elder Parrish Williams Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed on the highway bearing that name. Added by Laws 2010, c. 235, § 1, eff.
