The Transportation Commission shall designate and maintain as part of the State Highway System any road accepted by the Federal Highway Administration as a National Highway System connector route to an intermodal port. Such road shall not exceed one and one-half (1 1/2) miles in length. Added by Laws 2001, c 399, § 7, emerg. eff. June 4, 2001.
