The board of county commissioners in every county in this state must notify the Department of Transportation at least twenty-one (21) days prior to accepting bids on any publicly let road or bridge work projects in the county. The Department shall make this information available to the public on their website. Added by Laws 2010, c. 256, § 5, eff. July 1, 2010.
