The part of State Highway No. 2 from Wilburton to the Haskell County line shall be known as 'The Jim Cook Highway' and the Department shall cause it to be appropriately marked to memorialize the services of the Honorable Jim Cook. Laws 1968, c. 415, § 1607, operative July 1, 1968.
