State Highway 18 southbound from Fairfax, Oklahoma, to where it intersects with State Highway 20 in Osage County shall be designated 'Senator Frank Mahan Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed upon the highway bearing said name. Added by Laws 2000, c. 67, § 2, eff. Nov. 1, 2000.
