State Highway 9, beginning at the intersection of State Highway 9 and U.S. Highway 69 in McIntosh County, extending west approximately two (2) miles shall be designated as the 'J.M. Bailey Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed upon the highway bearing the name. Added by Laws 2001, c. 271, § 1, eff. Nov. 1, 2001.
