The bridge located on State Highway 82 near Stigler, Oklahoma, shall be designated as 'Doc Scantlen Bridge' in appreciation for and in recognition of the many outstanding contributions to those around him. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed at the north and south ends of the bridge. Added by Laws 2004, c. 48, § 1, eff. Nov. 1, 2004.
