State Highway 1 from where it intersects with the Indian Nation Turnpike, east to where it intersects with U.S. Highway 69 shall be designated as the 'David ‘Rocky’ Eales Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed an the highway bearing his name. Added by Laws 2004, c. 412, § 2, emerg. eff. June 3, 2004.
