State Highway 2 in Vinita, Oklahoma, in Craig County shall be designated as the 'Vernon Glenn Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed on the highway bearing his name. Added by Laws 2004, c. 412, § 3, emerg. eff. June 3, 2004.
