State Highway 77, from where it intersects with State Highway 11 in Kay County, north to Newkirk, Oklahoma, shall be designated as the 'Sid Cookerly Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed on the highway bearing his name. Added by Laws 2004, c. 412, § 4, emerg. eff. June 3, 2004.
