State Highway 75, extending north for five (5) miles from the South Canadian River Bridge at Calvin, Oklahoma, shall be designated as the 'John C. Blaylock Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed on the highway bearing his name. Added by Laws 2004, c. 412, § 6, emerg. eff. June 3, 2004.
