State Highway 99 Interchange extending five (5) miles north from Ada, Oklahoma, shall be designated as the 'Dr. Robert E. Cowling Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed on the highway bearing his name. Added by Laws 2004, c. 412, § 7, emerg. eff. June 3, 2004.
