State Highway 99 from the intersection of State Highway 66 near Stroud, Oklahoma, south to the Sac and Fox Tribal Company shall be designated as the 'Troy Leathers Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markings to be placed upon the highway bearing said name. Added by Laws 2004, c. 412, § 8, emerg. eff. June 3, 2004.
