State Highway 75 from Trudgeon road to Junction 266 in Henryetta, Oklahoma, shall be designated as the 'W.R. ‘Dick’ Stubbs Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed on the highway bearing his name. Added by Laws 2004, c. 412, § 13, emerg. eff. June 3, 2004.
