The bridge crossing Little Lee Creek, which is located on State Highway 101, shall be designated as the 'Rider Daugherty Memorial Bridge'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed upon the bridge bearing that name. Added by Laws 2005, c. 157, § 1, eff.
