The section of State Highway 54 extending from the municipal limits of Optima to the Kansas state line shall be designated as the '2nd Lt. Luke James Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed upon that section of highway bearing that name. Added by Laws 2005, c. 157, § 2, eff. Nov. 1, 2005.
