State Highways 271 and 9, beginning in Spiro to the Poteau River Bridge, north of Pocola shall be designated the 'Judy Davis Memorial Highway'. The Department of Transportation shall cause suitable permanent markers to be placed on the highway bearing that name. Added by Laws 2006, c. 150, § 3, eff.
