§ 69.1802

Any person who is convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of this Code herein or by the laws of this state declared to constitute a felony, and for which another penalty is not provided in this Code, shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one (1) year nor more than five (5) years, or by a fine of not less than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) nor more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), or by both such fine and imprisonment. Added by Laws 1968, c. 415, § 1802, operative July 1, 1968. Amended by Laws 1997, c. 133, § 572, eff. July 1, 1999; Laws 1999, 1st Ex.Sess., c. 5, § 415, eff.
