A. It shall be the duty of the Department of Transportation to maintain all streets, roads and state-owned parking lots, including all streets designated on the plat filed in the office of the Secretary of State as File No. 155 of the 'State Property Records' and all streets within the boundaries of the 'State Capitol Park' and the 'Cowboy Hall of Fame Park' upon its establishment. B. The streets, roads and parking lots described in subsection A of this section shall constitute and be incorporated as a part of the State HighwaySystem, and the Commission is authorized to expend any money appropriated for the construction and maintenance of these highways, streets, roads and parking lots.Laws 1968, c. 415, § 504, operative July 1, 1968; Laws 1981, c. 280, § 1, emerg. eff.
