No child shall be educationally screened, screened for readiness, or evaluated as defined in Section 22 of this act without prior notice to the child's parent or legal guardian. The State Board of Education shall promulgate rules establishing content and distribution requirements of the notice. Added by Laws 1993, c. 116, § 31, eff. July 1, 1993.
