In administering this act, the Department of Education shall utilize, insofar aspossible, prescriptive teaching materials, prescribed by appropriate testing and evaluation by the regional prescriptive teaching centers. Such curriculum material shall be utilized for as many students as possible, by their regular or homeroom teachers. Laws 1980, c. 211, § 5, eff. July 1, 1981.
