The administration, supervision, and operation of the Vocational Training Program and School located at the Stringtown Correctional Center is hereby transferred from the Department of Human Services to the State Board of Career and Technology Education. All property, records, and personnel of said center are hereby transferred to the State Board of Career and Technology Education. Added by Laws 1983, c. 247, § 11, operative July 1, 1983.
