On approval by the Commissioners, bonds issued pursuant to Sections 15-101 through 15-109 of Title 70 of Oklahoma Statutes are guaranteed by the corpus of the permanent school fund for the support of common schools. Added by Laws 1994, c. 346, § 2, eff. Nov. 8, 1994.
