The term 'Public School' as used herein shall include a school district as provided in the Oklahoma Statutes. The term 'auditor' as used herein means a person or partnership who makes an audit and prepares a report thereon as provided in this article. Added by Laws 1971, c. 281, § 22-102, eff. July 2, 1971.
