The chief executive officer of the Authority shall be the Executive Director, who shall be appointed by and serve at the pleasure of the Authority. The Executive Director shall be appointed solely on the basis of his qualifications to administer and direct the affairs of the Oklahoma Educational Television Network. The Authority shall fix the salary of the Executive Director. Added by Laws 1983, c. 172, § 3, operative July 1, 1983.
