Funds appropriated to the State Board of Career and Technology Education for Adult Education Matching Funds shall be provided to school districts which offer courses leading to a high school equivalency diploma. The State Board of Career and Technology Education shall promulgate rules for the distribution of the funds. Added by Laws 1995, c. 305, § 3, eff. July 1, 1995.
