C. Of the Eighteen Million Three Hundred Sixty-five Thousand Four Hundred Two Dollars ($18,365,402.00) scheduled for expenditure for Administrative and Support Functions of the State Department of Education in Section 80, Chapter 204, O.S.L. 1987, from funds appropriated to the Department in Sections 71, 72 and 74, Chapter 204, O.S.L. 1987, the sum of Sixty-two Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty-seven Dollars ($62,967.00) shall be expended for the school facility improvement program provided in this section. D. The State Board of Education shall expend the sum of One Hundred Eighty-seven Thousand Thirty-three Dollars ($187,033.00) from the State Public Common School Building Equalization Fund for the school facility improvement program provided in this section.Added by Laws 1988, c. 320, § 67.Subsections A and B were vetoed by the Governor.
