Pursuant to Article III(I) of the Compact, the Commission shall file a copy of its bylaws and any amendment thereto with the State Department of Education, with the State Librarian and with the Secretary of State. Laws 1967, c. 123, § 3, emerg. eff. April 27, 1967.
