True copies of all contracts made on behalf of this state pursuant to the Agreement shall be kept on file in the State Department of Education and in the office of the Secretary of State. The State Department of Education shall publish all such contracts in convenient form. Laws 1970, c. 248, § 3, eff. July 1, 1970.
