Each local board of education shall adopt a policy statement defining the causes and procedures for suspension, demotion, termination or nonreemployment of support personnel. Upon adoption of such policy, a copy thereof shall be furnished to each support employee. Added by Laws 1981, c. 122, § 2, eff. Jan. 1, 1982. Renumbered from § 24-134 by Laws 1989, 1st Ex.
