It shall be unlawful and a misdemeanor for any person to give, or agree or offer to give, any gratuity or reward in consideration that he or any other person shall be employed as a teacher in any public school of this state. Added by Laws 1971, c. 281, § 6-111, eff. July 2, 1971.
