On or before June 30 of each year the Oklahoma Student Loan Authority shall submit a budget for the next fiscal year to the Governor, President Pro Tempore of the Senate, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives. The budget shall include amounts to be spent on administration as well as amounts to be allocated for loans. Added by Laws 1992, c. 188, § 2, eff. July 1, 1992.
