All future appointments of personnel to the Health Care Workforce Training Commission shall be in the unclassified service. Any classified employee occupying a position on the Commission prior to July 1, 2022, shall retain the right to remain in the classified service. However, at the time such position becomes vacant, it shall be placed in the unclassified service. Added by Laws 1982, c. 308, § 11, emerg. eff. May 28, 1982.
