Authority is hereby granted to the respective boards of control of the Oklahoma UniversityOklahoma Agricultural and Mechanical CollegeOklahoma College for WomenUniversity of TulsaKendall CollegePhillips UniversityOklahoma Baptist UniversityOklahoma City UniversityOklahoma Catholic UniversityThe Catholic College of Oklahoma for Young WomenPresbyterian College of DurantThe Tulsa Law School of TulsaOklahoma City College of Lawupon recommendation of their respective faculties to grant the academic and professional degrees, usually and customarily granted to graduates of institutes of collegiate rank.
