Northeastern State College, located at Tahlequah, Oklahoma, is hereby officially named and shall be designated in all future references as 'Northeastern State University'. Any reference in the statutes to Northeastern Oklahoma State University shall be deemed a reference to Northeastern State University. Amended by Laws 1985, c. 317, § 2, emerg. eff. July 26, 1985.
