East Central State College, located at Ada, Oklahoma, is hereby officially named and shall be designated in all future references as 'East Central University'. Any reference in the statutes to East Central Oklahoma State University shall be deemed a reference to East Central University. Amended by Laws 1985, c. 317, § 1, emerg. eff. July 26, 1985.
