REGISTRATION AND RENEWAL FEES. A. An application for registration or renewal of registration as an athlete agent must be accompanied by a fee in the following amount:1. One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for an initial application for registration;2. One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for registration based on a certificate of registration issued by another state;3. One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for an application for renewal of registration; or4. One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) for renewal of registration based on a renewal of registration in another state.B. Any registration in this state as an athlete agent under prior law which has not expired before January 1, 2022, shall continue to be valid until the date the registration expires.C. All registration fees collected pursuant to this section shall be deposited in the Revolving Fund for the Office of the Secretary of State.Added by Laws 2021, c. 559, § 9, emerg. eff. May 28, 2021.
